Loading traverse for inloader racks

For many manufacturers the efficient and safe loading of precast elements represents a challenge. Here there is still immensely rationalisation potential. French manufacturer SPL was also looking for an efficient solution for loading double walls in its new precast plant in Landaul, Brittany. In order to safely transport the inloader racks, Vollert developed a special loading traverse, which in the future clearly optimizes loading processes.

Inductive drive technology increases efficiency in precast concrete plants

When precast floor slabs  are pre-selected in the Rector Lesage plant in Weyersheim,  they are transported out of the factory building by a run-off lifting carriage and moved to the depositories in the outdoor area where they stand ready to be collected by the fork-lift truck. Vollert developed a solution in which the transmission of  power to the run-off lifting carriage was based on the induction principle.

A new generation of shunting systems

In 2010 Vollert Anlagenbau was engaged to modernize the shunting systems at HANSAPORT, Germany´s largest seaport terminal for bulk cargo. Vollert engineers have developed the all-new DER 240 shunting robot, an optimally dimensioned shunting solution for intra-plant loading processes of any kind of material.
