Information requirements for data collection in accordance with Art. 13, 14, 21 GDPR.

We are informing you in the following about the collection and processing of personal data when using our website. Personal data are data related to a person, such as name, addresses, telephone and email address, IP address, but also user behavior, etc.

3. Purposes of processing personal data

a. If you send us a message via email or via the contact form, the information you provide (email address, surname, first name, address, telephone number, etc.) will be stored by us and used to process your message and contact you. (The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b)). Any data obtained in connection with this are deleted as soon as storage is no longer necessary or processing is restricted, if there are statutory retention obligations.

b. By merely using our website - without you providing any information to us - we collect only the personal data that your web browser transmits to our servers. The data collection is technically required to show you the website and to ensure stability and security. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) lit. f.

The following data are automatically transmitted when using the website:

  • your IP address
  • date and time of the page request (with time zone difference to the GMT)
  • content of the request (specific website)
  • access status / HTTP status code
  • volume of data transmitted
  • website from which the request comes
  • web browser used with version number and language set
  • operating system and interface used

The storage period of the data collected is 14 days. Thereafter, the above data is deleted.

c. If you subscribe to our newsletter or our magazine "Vollert News" on our website, the data you provide (email address, surname, first name, address, telephone number, etc.) will be stored by us and used for sending the newsletter or the magazine "Vollert News" to you by mail. (The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (a)). The data collected in this context will be deleted as soon as you object to further use or revoke your consent to receiving the newsletter or the "Vollert News".

Our email newsletter is dispatched by the service provider Mailingwork GmbH, Birkenweg 7, 09569 Oederan, which is under contract to us to provide this service. Your data entered in the registration form will be transmitted to the service provider Mailingwork GmbH and stored on their server after your approval by registering in our newsletter distribution list. Your data will be used exclusively for the aforementioned purpose in accordance with the data protection provisions of the GDPR. The Mailingwork GmbH does not pass on your personal data to third parties.

Our magazine "Vollert News" is dispatched by the service provider Schweikert Druck, Inh. Jürgen Schweikert, Wieslendorfer Strasse 36, 74182 Obersum - Eschenau, which is under contract to us to provide this service. Your data entered in the registration form will be transmitted to the service provider Schweikert Druck and stored on its server after your approval by registering for a subscription to the magazine. Your data will be used exclusively for the aforementioned purpose in accordance with the data protection provisions of the GDPR. The company Schweikert Druck does not share your personal data with third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the magazine or the email newsletter at any time by sending us your revocation in writing or by email or via the unsubscribe link in the email newsletter.

d. With the help of our career page you can apply for unsolicited or specific job offers. Your data (name, e-mail address, contact data, application documents) will only be processed within the scope of the respective job advertisement (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO, § 26 BDSG) or within the scope of your consent to use for further job offers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO). If you have given us your consent to process your application data, you can revoke it at any time.

Note on sensitive data: We expressly draw your attention to the fact that applications, in particular CVs, certificates and other data transmitted to us by you, may contain particularly sensitive information about mental and physical health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, membership of a trade union or political parties or sexual life.

If you provide us with such information in your application, you expressly agree that we may process this data for the purpose of conducting the application process. Such data shall be processed in accordance with the relevant legislation.

In the event of rejection or negative notification of your application, the transmitted data will be deleted at the earliest after 3 months, but not later than 6 months after completion of the application procedure. This does not apply if statutory provisions prevent deletion or if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or if you have agreed to a longer storage period.

Data privacy policy for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the event of activation of IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states of the Agreement in the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. We would like to point out that on our websites we have extended the Google Analytics code with the function "anonymizeIp" in order to ensure so-called IP-masking (the anonymized collection of IP addresses). In addition, we have entered into a contract processing agreement with Google to fully comply with the provisions of Art. 28 of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation.

Data privacy policy for the use of YouTube in enhanced privacy mode

We use the provider YouTube to embed videos. The videos were embedded in the extended data protection mode. However, like most websites YouTube also uses cookies to collect information about visitors to its website. YouTube uses them to collect video statistics, prevent fraud, and improve usability. This also leads to a connection with the Google double-click network. Starting the video could trigger further data processing. We have no influence on that.

Data privacy policy for the use of social media services

As part of our website presence we provide you with the opportunity to visit our social media channels via external links or to share content on social networks. When you use them, you will be redirected to the websites of the providers and appropriate user information will be passed on.

If you are logged on to one of these social networks with your account while using our site and you want to share our content, then that information will be linked to your respective account. We, as the operator, have no influence on the data, which are conveyed by plug-ins to servers. As a rule, the IP address is transmitted.

Within our website we provide functions and contents of the service Instagram. Instagram is a service provided by Facebook Ireland Limited that allows users to share, distribute or rate photos and videos via an online platform. The legal basis for the collection and processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO (=general data protection regulation GDPR). If you are a member of Instagram as a user, Facebook can assign the call of content and functions to your personal profile. We expressly point out that Facebook stores the data of the users of its services (e.g. personal information, IP address, user behavior, etc.) and may also use them for business purposes. Data privacy policy for the use of the XING or XING share-button

This website uses the "XING Share Button". When accessing this website, your browser will establish for a short time a connection to XING SE ("XING") servers with which the "XING Share Button" functions (in particular the calculation / display of the counter value). Data privacy policy for the use of LinkedIn social buttons or PlugIn's

On our website, we use features from LinkedIn that allow us to gain detailed campaign reports and valuable information about our website visitors. In addition, the LinkedIn Insight tag is used to track conversions, retarget our website visitors, and gain additional information about the members who view our ads. The LinkedIn Insight tag allows us to collect data about visits to our website, including URL, referrer URL, IP address, device and browser characteristics (user agent), and timestamp. The direct identifiers of the members are removed by the provider within seven days in order to pseudonymize the data. This remaining pseudonymized data is then deleted within 180 days. LinkedIn does not share personal data with the website owner, but only provides reports and notifications (in which you are not identified) about the website audience and ad performance. LinkedIn also provides retargeting for website visitors so that the website owner can use this data to display targeted ads outside of its website without identifying the member. We also use data that does not identify you to improve the relevance of ads and reach members across devices. LinkedIn members can control the use of their personal data for advertising purposes in their account settings.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO, which you can of course revoke at any time, e.g. by changing your cookie settings on our website accordingly. LinkedIn members have the option to opt out of LinkedIn conversion tracking by going to https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/advertising/ and blocking and deleting the relevant cookies or deactivating the demographic characteristics. 4. Recipients of personal data

Within the company Vollert Anlagenbau GmbH, the business units receive the personal data they require to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations.

We use to some extent external service providers to process your data (e.g., IT service providers, web hosts, etc.). These were carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored by us.

Furthermore, public authorities have the right to data disclosure in the presence of a legal or regulatory obligation.

Other recipients will receive your personal data only if you have actively consented to disclosure.

5. Data transfers to third countries

Data is not transferred to third countries.

6. Data retention period

The data obtained when contacting us (emails, information from contact forms) will be deleted as soon as storage is no longer required, or the processing will be restricted if statutory storage obligations exist.

The storage period for automatically transmitted data (see point 3 b.) is 14 days. The data will then be deleted.

8. Objection to or revocation of the processing of your data

If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke it at any time. Such a revocation will affect the admissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have given it to us.

In the context of a business relationship, also in the initial and development stages, you are obligated to provide the personal data required, and/or which we are required to collect by law. Without this provision, we will have to decline a contract. (legal risk)

Automatic decision-making and/or profiling does not take place at Vollert Anlagenbau GmbH.

12. Use of SalesViewer® technology

This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.

In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and is not used to identify website visitors personally.

The data recording and storage can be repealed at any time with immediate effect for the future, by clicking on https://www.salesviewer.com/opt-out  in order to prevent SalesViewer® from recording your data.
