Stair mould

Precast concrete stairs are nowadays an essential feature in state-of-the-art residential and industrial constructions. Construction times are substantially shortened, a consistently high level of exposed concrete quality is guaranteed and the final assembly is simplified.

Technology for precast stairs in exposed concrete quality

With the VARIOSTEP stair mould the stair is produced on the framing side, which guarantees a 3-sided exposed concrete quality. The additional landing platfrom is horizontally movable and with the rear panel adjustable in height you can cast nearly every staircase with this mould. With the KOMBISTEP stairmould the stairs are produced overhead. This is especially suitable for exposed concrete staircases, for staircases with edge protection or anti-skid treads and for subsequent blasting or grinding. To ensure easy moulding and demoulding, the mould can also be hydraulically tilted. As a stair variant the QUICKSTEP stair mould provides an electrical adjustment of the staircase design from riser/going.

MEGASTEP stair moulds are used for extra wide stairs of up to 3 m. The underside is completed in exposed concrete quality with a steel covering; a wood covering is also optionally possible. A mechanical adjustment of the parameters is possible either manually or through the integrated electrical motor drive.

MATRIXSTEP stair moulds work with a fixed configured step setting, in which the step-fromwork can be exchanged for various stair configurations.

Combined platform realised rapidly and easily

The assembly of an entry and access landing is easy to realize. A platform set for the entry and access step can be attached at any point on the mould.

Two sets of stairs with the addition of a platform can optionally be produced at the same time, clockwise or anticlockwise. The addition of the platform can also be completed on any of the steps.
