Casing pallets
Shuttering pallets are made with a welded steel profile construction with the forming area that is ground smooth. The surface quality can be adapted to suit the wishes of the customer. The size and type of the precast concrete parts and the plant concept determine the dimensions and maximum possible surface load of the pallets. Right up until the unloading of the precast concrete part, they are moved from workstation to workstation within the circuit and serve as a means of transport for the shuttering, reinforcement, built-in parts and concrete.
The shuttering pallets can be provided with a fixed shuttering to optimise the cycle times.
