Curing chambers
The curing chambers are made up of a shelf system that is optimally adapted to suit the local conditions that has several pallet compartments set up above, behind or next to one another. The pallets are led into the curing chambers on rollers and stored there.
The curing chambers are used to store the pallets during the hardening process of the freshly concreted precast parts and for the storage of empty pallets. The movement of the pallets is handled by the automatic storage and retrieval machines.
The shelf system can be enclosed in insulated panels and provided with a segmented door plantt. Depending on the specific requirements of the customer, it is possible to include a heating plant. Special braking systems ensure that the stored pallets do not shift due to vibration.
