High-frequency compaction station
In high-frequency compaction of the fresh concrete, the pallets are excited by a device that is equipped with externals vibrators. The optimum compaction frequency can be determined and used for the customer-specific quantity of concrete by using an inverter.
When producing concrete parts with a width of more than 3 m, a device is used to allow an optimum arrangement of the external vibrators, this consisting of a lifting or lowering station so that the external vibrators can also exert their effect in the direction of the middle of the pallet as well.
