Low-frequency compaction station

When the fresh concrete is compacted on the circulation pallet by low-frequency excitation, the high level of noise that results from the usual compaction procedures is greatly reduced. Thanks to our patented form of suspension, low-frequency compaction stations, also calling vibratory stations, put markedly more energy into the part to be compacted as compared with the plants from other manufacturers, which can avoid the need to make expensive modifications to the recipe for the concrete. The savings that can be made in operation very quickly recoup the additional investment in construction.
Depending on the configuration, the compacting movement can be made in a circular form or lengthways along or transversely across the pallet, which can only be set in the software. Optionally, low-frequency compaction can also be combined with high-frequency compaction.

Various compaction procedures that are characterised by their direction of movement, compaction time, exciter frequency and amplitude can be programmed and called up at any time by our plants. This thus allows different parameters to be saved for different products that can then be called up by the controller.
