Master computers

Complex plant configurations are controlled today with modern computerised CAD/CAM systems. This means that CAD data for the precast concrete parts to be manufactured is used directly for a number of production steps. The master computer is the central interface in the plant for the data created in the technical office and for the ERP systems in the company.

Pallet occupancy is optimised, machines are activated, pallets are transported automatically, the sequence of removal from storage and the curing times are managed, and, of course, a large number of statistics are made available to the precast concrete component factory. The printing out of plans for labels, elements or occupancy simplifies the production process and the subsequent storage space management.
