Washing plant
The aggregate of the precast concrete part is exposed by washing away the layer of mortar with the aid of the washing plant.
By treating the shuttering pallet with contact delayers before concreting, it is possible to treat the surface with water jets once the concrete has hardened. The concrete part is brought vertically through the water jet plant, removing the topmost layer.
