Pallet carriage circuit

Reinforced concrete pipes are taken from the turntable of the pipe machine by a shuttering-removal manipulator and placed onto a precisely positioned pallet carriage, monitored by a measuring wheel. The manipulator opens the pipe shuttering and pulls it off the pipe in a process that is carefully monitored technically. Next, it brings the empty pipe shuttering back to the turntable of the pipe machine, which is equipped with a lower sleeve and a wire cage.

This process is repeated until the pallet carriage has been completely loaded with pipes. The pallet carriage is brought into the exact position for setting down for the shuttering-removal manipulator by friction wheel drive plants, monitored by a measuring wheel. The exact number of pipes to be picked up is programmed according to the dimensions of the pipes.

The pallet carriage is brought to the end of the loading/unloading track onto a transfer vehicle by means of friction wheel drive plants. This transfer vehicle moves the pallet carriage onto the dryer track.

A rope conveyor system buffers the loaded pallet carriages in the dryer. Both ends of the dryer are closed off with quick-action roller doors that can be opened briefly as required to bring the pallet carriage in or out. After it has been brought out of the drying chamber, the pallet carriage with the pipes that have now been dried are brought in turn onto a transfer vehicle by a friction wheel drive plant.

This transfer vehicle brings the pallet carriage from the dryer track onto the loading/unloading track. On the unloading track, the pallets are now positioned for the unloading manipulator by friction wheel drive plants, monitored by a measuring wheel.

The unloading manipulator removes the dried pipes from the pallet carriage and brings them to the area for finished parts via various post-processing and test stations. This process is repeated until the pallet carriage has been completely unloaded.

After manual cleaning, the empty pallet carriage is positioned by friction wheel drive plants in front of the shuttering-removal manipulator.

With these production procedures,
the following precast concrete parts can be produced
