Production lane

The production of precast concrete parts (primarily floor slabs) on production lanes is the production method for flat precast concrete parts that has the longest tradition. It is characterised by low basic investment costs coupled with simple machine technology, as well as the full automation of individual production steps. Production lanes can be equipped with heater coils and compaction plants using high-frequency vibrators.

It is precisely in low-cost countries and the threshold countries that the production of flat elements on production lanes offers an interesting means of entering the production of precast concrete parts.
