Sistema carrossel para mesas de cofragem

A produção de partes pré-moldadas é feita em mesas ou paletes de cofragem (ou forma, como também pode ser dito) que são transportados em um circuito de estação a estação. As partes pré-moldadas são, a princípio, elementos planos como pisos (lajes pré-moldadas e lajes ocas) e paredes (paredes sólidas, paredes duplas, elementos sanduíche), mas também partes especiais ou outras partes de concreto pré-fabricadas.
Este procedimento torna possível que máquinas, itens auxiliares e materiais sejam dispostos no local correto e, por essa razão, incrementa os volumes de produção, qualidade e produtividade enquanto ao mesmo tempo reduz os custos de manufatura – um sistema carrossel de circulação de mesas (ou sistema de circulação de paletes, como também é chamado) é imbatível nestes quesitos.
Em princípio, o volume de investimentos inicial necessário é maior quando comparado aos investimentos em plantas estacionárias, mas tal investimento é rapidamente recuperado através do desempenho correspondente.
Sistemas de circulação podem ser configurados sob quaisquer níveis desejados de automação: tudo, desde soluções básicas simples configuradas de forma modular, até plantas multifuncionais altamente complexas.
A partir destes processos de produção, os seguintes componentes de concreto pré-moldado podem ser produzidos:

The new CDLP precast plant in France impresses by its intelligent work processes

Solid and double walls from one source
In February 2010, the first double wall production line was put into operation at company Trabis located in Yecla in the region of Murcia in the south-east of Spain. The solid wall production line installed three years ago by Vollert and their partners was expanded in such a manner that it is now possible to manufacture also double walls in a cost-effective and efficient way besides the solid walls being manufactured so far.

Initial commissioning of a new ceiling and wall production system
In mid-2008, DSK Block put in operation the latest production facility for precast concrete components in St Petersburg. DSK Block belongs to the LSR Group, one of the leading companies of its type in north-west Russia, and has set itself the goal of a reaching an output capacity of 750,000-square-metre residential area annually by 2011 through its two plants for the manufacture of precast concrete components. In order to achieve this, a total of €19 million was invested in the first stage to allow an annual production of 180,000 m³ of precast concrete components.

Gocrete: a company gets in shape for the future
In March 2008, Gocrete put into operation a state-of-the-art production plant for precast concrete components in the Perth area, the most modern in Western Australia.
