Parede dupla

A parede dupla (também chamada de parede componente) é constituída por duas placas de concreto com espessuras entre 5-7 cm cada e são mantidas unidas através de armadura treliçada. A armação estrutural necessária para toda parede de concreto é construída dentro do componente pré-fabricado.
Após a instalação das paredes duplas, o espaço entre as placas é preenchido com concreto misturado e despejado no local da obra; neste sentido, a parede dupla é um componente semi pré-fabricado. Tal processo produz uma parede de concreto monolítica, densa e extremamente sólida. A parede dupla de fato combina as maiores vantagens da pré-fabricação com as de uma parede fabricada em moldes concretados na obra. Paredes duplas são usadas tanto nos níveis inferiores (porões) como em cada um dos níveis superiores.
Freqüentemente, paredes duplas são produzidas com isolamento interno de forma a atender às normas e regulamentos concernentes a isolamento térmico. Para cálculos estruturais, uma parede dupla é tratada com base na sua espessura total, exatamente da mesma forma que uma parede fabricada em formas concretadas na obra.

The new CDLP precast plant in France impresses by its intelligent work processes
In order to be able to produce precast floor slabs and double walls economically and to be able to react flexibly to fluctuating demands, CDLP focused from the outset on a sustainable plant concept with flexible work processes that had been thought out to the end. Solid and double walls from one source
In February 2010, the first double wall production line was put into operation at company Trabis located in Yecla in the region of Murcia in the south-east of Spain. The solid wall production line installed three years ago by Vollert and their partners was expanded in such a manner that it is now possible to manufacture also double walls in a cost-effective and efficient way besides the solid walls being manufactured so far.
