Vollert India Pvt Ltd has been active in India since 2011 and a large number of successful plant projects for the precast concrete production had already been carried out such as with Precast India or Sobha Ltd.
Sugandh Rajaram, the new Indian Consul General in Munich and Hans-Jörg Vollert now exchanged views in a personal interview in Weinsberg on the current developments in India and the challenges when entering the Indian market. Also the campaign ´Make in India´, launched in 2014 by an initiative of the Government of India, was discussed to encourage the worldwide leading manufacturers for machinery and plants to produce their machines in India. Since this year Vollert also has its own production site in India.
