The concept comprises internal transport, a 100-m long air- conditioned high-bay shelf, cranes and auto- clave trains operating on an automated cycle. It takes only minutes to load and unload facade slabs weighing several hundred tons onto the trains. The crane is placed at right angles to the autoclave, allowing it to service all 6 auto- claves. The 16-slab packages of an autoclave train can be loaded and unloaded in parallel in a 40-min cycle.
