Formwork pallet

Shuttering pallets are made with a welded steel profile construction with the forming area that is ground smooth. The surface quality can be adapted to suit the wishes of the customer. The size and type of the precast concrete parts and the plant concept determine the dimensions and maximum possible surface load of the pallets. Right up until the unloading of the precast concrete part, they are moved from workstation to workstation within the circuit and serve as a means of transport for the casing, reinforcement, built-in parts and concrete.

The shuttering pallets can be provided with a fixed casing to optimise the cycle times.

Cross-lifting truck and roller conveyor

Cross-lifting trucks move the casing pallets transversely on the circuit. This is done by bringing the cross-lifting truck pair underneath the casing pallet to be transported and positioning it exactly. The pallets are raised hydraulically and driven to the next pallet position. At this position, the pallet is put down either on roller blocks or on set-down blocks. Subsequently, the transverse lifting carriage is ready to move the next casing pallet.

The shuttering pallets are transported lengthways through the pallet circuit via the roller conveyor. Our roller conveyors are designed such that there is no danger of being crushed between the individual roller blocks and the shuttering pallets.

VArio SHIFT Transfer vehicle

Transfer vehicles are used as pallet distributors for the individual workstations. Ideally, it is used when products manufactured require different amounts of time for production.

The transfer vehicle distributes the pallets to the various workstations, bringing them to the next production step as required. Bottlenecks in the logistics can thus be avoided, and the pallets can overtake one another. A distinction is made between transfer vehicles that move the pallets either lengthwise or transversely to the direction of travel. The distribution of the pallets can be done either manually or automatically.

Concrete transport system

A concrete transport system ensures the transport of the concrete from the mixing plant to the concrete distributor. Depending on the production layout, it is not always possible to ensure that the concreting is done in the immediate vicinity of the mixing plant. Often, multiple production locations are supplied from one mixing plant by means of concrete transport systems. If applicable, the bucket conveyor can have an intermediate silo added above the concrete distributor to act as another additional buffer and to further increase output.

Depending on the consistency of the concrete, a distinction is made between various bucket conveyor systems – for example, tipping buckets or buckets with bottom discharge.
