Long-bar cranes
We often encounter aluminum profiles in everyday life, whether as window frames or fence systems. What they all have in common is the manufacturing process. Extruded profiles are pressed from aluminum billets, cut to transportable lengths and automatically stacked in transport baskets. Depending on the intended use, the extruded profiles can be heat-treated in aging furnaces and further refined by anodizing or powder coating before further processing. We realize for you the complete material flow automation from the delivery of the billets to the dispatch of the aluminum profiles. Our crane systems ensure smooth material transport between the saw of the press outfeed system, the aging furnaces and the further processing and packaging stations.

In order to produce aluminum sheets economically for automobiles or aircraft, for example, the material flows and storage times in component production must be optimally designed. Not only must all transport routes and warehouse management be integrated, the often very sensitive materials must also find their way from A to B without damage. Downtimes or damaged intermediate products are expensive. Sheet metal handling cranes play the main role here for smooth transport.
