VArio TILT Tilting station
In tilting stations it is possible to vertically remove the wall elements through hydraulically operated tilting devices that usually place the pallet at a tilting angle of 80°-85°.
An optional integrated hydraulically driven beam support prevents concrete elements from slipping during the tilting process.
Lifting equipment
Lifting equipment has proven its worth in the lifting of precast concrete parts from the casing pallet. Primarily, floor slabs and the first part of double walls are lifted in this way. The precast concrete parts are picked up at multiple suspension points in the grid-type reinforcement. The load is distributed evenly over all the suspension points through special spring plants. The lifting equipment has a rotation mechanism and has radio-operated remote control for more convenient operation. It is also possible to retrofit this to existing crane bridges with an adapter.
SMART LIFT Lifting crossbeam
Lifting crossbeams are used to lift precast concrete parts, primarily walls, from the tilting table. The lifting crossbeam consists of a track holder that is connected to the hall crane by two drive plants and can be moved. In turn, on the lifting crossbeam there are multiple electric winches, each of which also has a drive plant. Simpler forms of construction are also possible. It is operated manually by radio-operated remote control. A single electric rope hoist can be moved and raised, or the other electric rope hoists can be switched on as required, which are then controlled all together by radio-operated remote control.
This variability makes it possible to lift precast concrete parts of various dimensions and with various suspension points from the tilting table and to put them down in transport cradles or on A-stands for further transport. Additional auxiliary cradles are also used in many factories.
