The production of precast concrete parts is done on casing pallets that are transported in a circuit from station to station. The precast parts are primarily flat elements such as floors (floor slabs and hollow core slabs) and walls (solid walls, double walls, sandwich elements), but also special parts or other precast concrete parts.

This procedure makes it possible for the machines, auxiliary items and materials to be used at the right place and hence to increase the production amounts, quality and productivity while at the same time reducing manufacturing costs - a pallet circuit is unbeatable here. As a rule, the amount of investment is higher when compared to stationary plants, but this can be recouped very quickly with the corresponding performance. Pallet circuits can be set up to any desired degree of automation: everything from simple basic solutions set up in a modular way, to highly complex multifunctional plants.
