and curing chamber
VArio CURE Curing chamber
The curing chambers are made up of a shelf system that is optimally adapted to suit the local conditions that has several pallet compartments set up above, behind or next to one another. The pallets are led into the curing chambers on rollers and stored there. The curing chambers are used to store the pallets during the hardening process of the freshly concreted precast parts and for the storage of empty pallets. The movement of the pallets is handled by the automatic storage and retrieval machines.
The shelf system can be enclosed in insulated panels and provided with a segmented door plant. Depending on the specific requirements of the customer, it is possible to include a heating plant. Special braking systems ensure that the stored pallets do not shift due to vibration.
VArio STORE Automatic storage retrieval machine
Automatic storage and retrieval machines are used to put freshly concreted pallets into a shelf system and to remove pallets with the finished concrete parts from the shelf system. Automatic storage and retrieval machines can also handle additional tasks, such as supplying intermediate platforms or smoothing stations. Operation in the shelf system that is blocked off for safety reasons and automatic storage and retrieval machines is done fully automatically.
Depending on the concept of the plant, automatic storage and retrieval machines are used, either stationary, ceiling-based or floor-based. Floor-based automatic storage and retrieval machines are set up with or without a pit in the raft foundation, depending on what the customer wants. The loads to be moved range from 10 tons to more than 50 tons, and the lifting and travelling speeds are adjusted to match the required cycle time.
