ISO-MATIC Work station

Energy-efficient prefabricated concrete parts such as insulated double or sandwich walls are in strong demand around the world. However, economic production requires new technologies to produce high-quality prefabricated parts in large quantities even in processes organised with no time to spare and short intervals.

The ISO-MATIC 2.0 workstation permits this by precise and automated cutting of the insulation material in any desired geometrical shape (hole circles, diagonals, shafts, etc.). This saves time and reduces material rejects. The required dimensions for this are read from the existing CAD data. The ISO-MATIC uses this information to generate the required cuts fully automatically. Customer-specific basic settings (present insulation board thickness, distance and type of the connection anchors, etc.) can be integrated easily. Cutting is performed by a precise water-jet cutting head. 4,000 bar ensure the desired 2D- or 3D-shape.
